The veggie egg rolls were fantastic. Seafood curry was very good. The curries are soup like rather than thick sauce but the flavors are very tasty. The owner is super friendly.

The food is fresh cooked to order for each meal. The vegetables are still crisp, meat is still juicy, and the sauces used are spot-on! Best Pad Thai I habe had in years! Since everytjingnis cookes to order, you can pick the spice level you want!

Amazing find!! If you even just like Thai cuisine or are like me and LOVE Thai food, rush to go try Ms. Lunaou’s (I probably butchered the spelling of her name!). The aromatic flavors hit me as soon as I opened the door. The Pavlovian effect kicked in. There was so much flavor in the Tom Kha!! This will definitely be a weekly staple while I’m in Williston. Yummy 😋

Today was my first time in and it did not disappoint! Our food came out quickly after ordering and was delicious. The owner is a very sweet woman. I’m glad we stopped in, we will be back :)

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ This Thai restaurant is absolutely incredible! Every dish was perfectly balanced, fresh, and bursting with authentic flavor — easily some of the best Thai food I’ve ever had. The lady who owns the place went above and beyond in every way. She was not only kind and genuinely caring, but her attention to detail as both a server and a cook was amazing. You can tell she pours her heart into every meal and every interaction. It’s rare to find someone so talented and so compassionate in this industry. I can’t recommend this place enough — we’ll definitely be back! Thank you for a perfect meal ❤️

The owner is extremely sweet, kind, welcoming, beautiful inside and out. She is extremely gracious for all of her customers and makes sure you are well taken care of. She made my experience eating here wonderful. I wasn't crazy over my appetizers, I got the Shrimp tempura and the chicken pot stickers. Each was overcooked but that's ok, I didn't come for them. I came for the curry and they absolutely knocked it out of the park! Freaking delicious! 😋😋😋 Servings are big and filling. Soft relaxing music played in the background. I enjoyed my time here immensely. Money well spent.

We are Thai and this is really good homemade Thai food! A lot of good dishes you don't see offered at other places. The host was so nice and talked with us for a half hour. Highly recommended.

This was my first time trying a Thai restaurant in Williston, and I absolutely loved it! The food is delicious and truly authentic. I asked for it spicy “Thai style,” and they made it perfectly. The owner is so kind and friendly—it felt like eating at a relative’s home. I hope more people come to support her restaurant, and of course, I’ll definitely be back!

My Husband and I came here for lunch today for the first time. The entire experience was excellent. The owner, Mrs. Luna, was very personable and friendly. She personally took care of us. We ordered Crab Rangoons for an appetizer and they were accompanied with a dipping sauce that was a match made in heaven. My Husband ordered Beef Drunken Noodles and I ordered Chicken Pad Thai. Mrs. Luna went to the kitchen and prepared our meals. Everything was hot, fresh, large portions, and literally the best Thai food we have ever tasted. We left feeling as though we had visited Luna in her own home and she prepared her own home recipes special for us. We will be back and encourage everyone to give Star Thai a try. A dining experience you won't find anywhere else.

Wife and I come to town for work every so often. We always stop in here for a meal more than once if we can. Food is always good always try something different. Pad Thai is by far the best and she always makes it nice and spicy.
